Privacy policy
This policy covers hyjinnx.com and its pages, including hyjinnx.com/revamped. The short version: we don't use cookies, analytics, ads or trackers, and we don't sell or share your personal information.
Who is responsible
Hyjinnx (see the legal notice) is the controller of personal data processed through this website. Contact us at hello@hyjinnx.com.
What we collect
- Server logs. When you visit, our hosting provider automatically records technical data such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time. This is needed to deliver the site and keep it secure. Logs are kept only as long as the host's standard retention period and are not used to identify you.
- Emails you send us. If you email us, we receive your address and whatever you write, and use it only to reply. We delete it when it's no longer needed.
We do not set cookies or use local storage, so there is no cookie banner. Fonts and images are served from this site, not from third parties.
Legal bases
Where the EU or UK GDPR applies, we process server logs on the basis of our legitimate interest in running a secure website (Art. 6(1)(f)), and emails on the basis of our legitimate interest in answering you, or to take steps you request (Art. 6(1)(b)).
Links to other services
Links to Discord, Patreon, Instagram, TikTok and GitHub take you to services we don't control. Their own privacy policies apply once you leave this site. Any payment you make through Patreon is handled by Patreon; we never see your card details.
International transfers
Our hosting provider may process data in countries outside your own. Where required, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR, UK GDPR, California's CCPA/CPRA, Australia's Privacy Act, Canada's PIPEDA or Brazil's LGPD), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal data, to object to or restrict its processing, and to complain to your local data protection authority. Email us to use any of these rights; we'll reply within the time the law requires (usually one month). We do not sell or share personal information, and we don't make automated decisions about you.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13 (or under 16 where local law sets that age), and we don't knowingly collect their personal information.

If we change this policy, we'll update it here and change the date above.

You may browse and share links to this site for personal, non-commercial purposes. Don't attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to it.
Our content
Unless stated otherwise, text, logos and artwork on this site belong to Hyjinnx or our collaborators. Software we release is licensed under the licence that comes with it; Dauntless Revamped is licensed under the GNU AGPL-3.0, which takes precedence over these terms for that software.
Fan projects and third-party marks
Dauntless Revamped is an unofficial fan project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Phoenix Labs or Epic Games. Dauntless and related names and marks are trademarks of their respective owners and are used here only to identify the game the project works with. This site does not host or distribute game files. Rights holders with concerns can contact us at hello@hyjinnx.com and we will respond promptly.
Support and donations
Supporting a project (for example on Patreon) is voluntary and helps cover costs such as hosting. It does not purchase software, in-game items, perks or guaranteed access, and the platform's own terms apply to any payment.
No warranty
The site and our free software are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer laws that can't be excluded, such as the Australian Consumer Law or EU consumer protection law.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Hyjinnx is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site. We don't exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that can't be excluded by law.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of the place where Hyjinnx is established, without depriving you of protections given by the mandatory laws of the country where you live.
